6. THE SECRET DOCTRINE SERIES: WORK SHEETS of WAKING DREAMS
WAKING DREAM IMAGES RECORDED, EYES CLOSED, LATER TRANSFERRED TO JOURNALS.
These are the last 13 of 123 recorded. In order to recall the mental images and events occurring for a designated period of time, usually between 15-30 minutes with closed eyes, I rested my pencil on the paper and recorded images and writing that would prompt my memory. I then would use this document to record the full experience into the Journal immediately following the session. I was struck at how much information I had forgotten, recalling more extensively when prompted by the work sheet.
I had developed a similar method for recording nightly dreams and I am amazed at how similar the two are. Perhaps, I concluded the "dream environment" is continuous and exists simultaneously with the waking environment.
Comparing the number/date with the corresponding Journal entry is very interesting.
